Mommy/Me Music and Movement
at Your Apartment Complex or Center!

We had the pleasure of working with Remm Properties in San Diego bringing mommy/me, family/me music and movement classes to tenants, but I have recently moved to Huntington Beach to be near our family, and we would love to bring fun classes to your apartment complexes!

 

The tenants love getting together with their children and other moms and dads to enjoy a fun mommy/daddy/me class where everyone can sing, dance, learn instruments and meet other tenants. You can also invite other friends from the community so that they may potentially be interested in renting your apartments because you have fun offerings included!

 

We are happy to make a flyer with a sample date and time to see if your tenants are interested. We had 17 families (35 guests in our last class) and everyone had so much fun!

 

Here is a list of items we offer: We completely do all the work and do not need anything from your complex except the room! (Sample time, but flexible to teach mornings, afternoons or weekends for classes or events!) Day or Weekend Classes between 11:00-2:00pm or After School Classes 2:00-5:00

• We Set up 11-12pm

• Teach Class 12:00-12:45

• Meet your Neighbor Time 12:45-1:15

• We Clean Up 1:15-2:00pm

• Total 3 hours

• 1 Day per month, week, biweekly or just a special event (flexible days/times)

• We have 40 sets of most instruments

• 50 puppets

• 100 Scarves

• 50 Drums

• 25 Xylophones

• 50- Tambourines/shakers

• 50 Triangles

• A puppet theater that I set up and tear down

• Over 200 props (i.e. blow-up guitars, blow up microphones, blow up drums, pom poms)

• 75 Costumes

• Children learn 2-4 new songs and instruments per class

• 1 New Dance each week!

• If you offer the class biweekly, we provide a fun art project during the 2nd class (children and parents make plastic instruments or various other fun crafts) and all supplies are included in our fee*

• 25 Years Experience teaching Children's Music/Movement/Instruments/Musicals/Puppet Play

• Currently a Substitute Teacher with the Oceanview School District

 

Charge for our services: $275 for one class and art supplies included for up to 15 families. $10 additional per family over 15 families. Class sizes can vary, but I have taught up to 25 toddlers with their parents there and it seems to be lots of fun!

(Classes geared towards children ages 6 months through 7 years but all ages are welcome!)

 

This is a great way to also market your property in the community or when guests walk in to get a tour, to be able to say, “We offer a fun mommy/me or family/me music and movement class so you can meet other tenants and make new friends!”
